Gentle Physical Therapy in Scottsdale, AZ

If traditional physical therapy has left you sore, frustrated, or in more pain, there is a better option. At Arizona Pain & Posture, LLC in Scottsdale, AZ, Jeanne Hills, PT, GCFP, uses the Feldenkrais Method® to help chronic and complicated pain patients reach their full potential and regain the freedom and ease of movement most of us knew as children.
What Makes Our Physical Therapy Gentle?
Developed in the 1950s and 60s by physicist and biomechanical engineer Moshe Feldenkrais, the Feldenkrais Method has been changing lives for more than 60 years. Instead of pushing through pain with forceful stretching or heavy exercise, it uses simple, gentle, pain-free “movement explorations” to retrain how your brain and body work together.
Jeanne is the only physical therapist in the Valley who has completed the four-year professional training program to become a Guild-Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner®, and she provides Functional Integration® sessions at our office. Her approach is slow and meditative, allowing muscle tension to release and movement to increase gradually without moving into pain.
