New Patients at Our Scottsdale Chiropractic Office

New patient chiropractic visit in Scottsdale, AZWelcome to Arizona Pain & Posture, LLC. Whether a friend referred you, your medical doctor sent you, or you found us online, we are glad you are here. Our Scottsdale, AZ office specializes in chronic, complicated, and long-standing pain, and our goal is simple: help you feel better than you did when you walked in, and give you the tools to stay that way.

Many of our new patients have already tried medication, injections, or other therapies without lasting results. Dr. Marc Bonacci and our team take a different approach. Instead of treating only where it hurts, we look for the true source of your pain and build a care plan around your body, your history, and your goals.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

Your first appointment is designed to give you answers. You will be greeted by our friendly front office team and spend time with Dr. Bonacci or one of our providers discussing your symptoms, past injuries, and daily habits. From there, your visit typically includes:

  • A thorough exam with orthopedic tests and a posture assessment
  • Treatment using the gentle, non-cracking Bonacci Method℠ or traditional chiropractic adjustments, based on your preference
  • Corrective exercises you can do at home
  • Practical lifestyle advice and home-care instructions when appropriate

Most patients leave their first visit with noticeable relief and a clear understanding of their condition. After roughly 2 to 8 visits, treatment usually decreases in frequency as your body heals and you learn how to manage your condition on your own. We are not a once-a-week-for-the-rest-of-your-life practice.

Before Your Appointment

To save time, you can download and complete your paperwork in advance from our online forms page and bring it with you or fax it to (480) 502-4336. If you have imaging such as an MRI or x-rays, please bring the reports. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily.

Have questions about cost or coverage? Our insurance and reasonable rates pages explain your options. Physical therapy is covered by most major insurance plans, including Medicare, and we accept liens for auto accident and work injury cases.

A Calm, Comfortable Place to Heal

We keep our practice clean, quiet, and relaxing because healing happens best when the body and mind feel safe. Our team includes a chiropractic physician, a licensed physical therapist trained in the Feldenkrais Method®, and skilled manual and massage therapists, so your care can grow with your needs. New patients can also receive a free 30-minute nutritional coaching session.
